I’m the Founder & Principal Recruiter at THE PEOPLE CHAPTER a talent advisory firm dedicated to helping organisations build high-performing teams in an increasingly digital world.

With over 15 years of experience across recruitment, delivery leadership, and client management, I specialise in technology talent and workforce solutions spanning AI, data, cloud, and enterprise systems. My career has been built on one simple belief – great businesses are driven by great people and finding the right talent is both an art and a strategic advantage.

Prior to founding THE PEOPLE CHAPTER I worked with global organisations including NTT Data, where I partnered with enterprise and mid-market clients to design and deliver scalable workforce strategies aligned to digital transformation initiatives. From staff augmentation to long-term talent planning, I’ve helped businesses navigate complex hiring challenges while building lasting, trusted relationships.
